Lưu Văn Sìn

· Born in Hà Tây Province. A painter, graduated from the Indochina Fine Arts College, 7th entering class (1931-1936). Specialized in oil and water colour painting with realistic style. Left few pictures, but they are distinctive in colour, and full of sensitivity.

· Has paintings in the Fine Arts Museum of Vietnam.

· Super-grade prize at the Exhibition of the Association for Arts and Technology Promotion (SADEAI), 1937.

Lưu Văn Sìn là một họa sĩ tài hoa,tên tuổi của ông lại ít khi được thế nhân nhắc gọi. Tôi thấy tranh vẽ của người họa sĩ này hay , và đáng để cho tụi họa sĩ trẻ ngày nay học thêm được bài học về sự đua chen, hư huyễn trong cỗi ta bà,bởi vì sẽ chẳng đi đến đâu cả nếu cứ theo đuổi khuynh hướng moder dở hơi.
